WOW! it has been so long sense I posted anything, I almost forgot I had a blog .
I have been very busy this summer trying to get ready to open a new Church campus in Marianna at the High school.
I have been working very hard to do everything right at both campuses in Blountstown and Marianna. God has done some amazing things at both places. I believe that as he has done exactly what he has promised and that is to show up right when I need him.
This year has been a challenging year. Even though I have had a great year, Satin has used everything he could to keep me discouraged, but for one of the first times in my life I have been able to see God through others, that have shown Love to me through words and actions this has keep me encouraged.
One thing this year has shown me, is how God has used my whole life to prepare me for the job I am now doing and that is INCREDIBLE.
Thanks to everyone how has keep me going this year!!!!!!

Crazy Don

WOW What a show,
We had so much fun @Kidstuf Saturday night.
I can't wait till next month.

One thing that I have figured out, Kidstuf is as much  fun for the team putting it on as it is for the kids and families that come and watch.
We have so much fun getting ready to put Kidstuf on, it is a blast!!
I have some of the best people in the world on my team.
Don Clabaugh was a great sport this week, even when he was not treated "fair". our virtue this month is Fairness- making sure that everyone is treated respectfully.

Watch out Broadway here we come.

I'm Getting Old

Yesterday My Triplets turned  15, WOW it seems like just yesterday that they were in the intensive care not expected to live 1lb 10oz. sick little boys. They are now just "sick" ha, ha, big  little boys ,now they are just sick in the head, but lots of fun!!!   Time is just flying by. Before I know it they will be 30 and leaving home.
If you don't  believe in God or miracles, Just look at my boys the next time you see them
(walking miracles).  Sometimes I wonder why God blessed me with this boys, but then I remember that God definitely has a sense of humor, if nothing else then to make me lose my hair.

Arkansas?????

Today I'm in Harrison, Arkansas, yea I said Arkansas. Several of the staff from the church have came up here to meet with a few other churches that are going through the same growing pains that we are. some of the Churches have already gone threw what we are going to be facing over the next year.
It have been a long trip so far but we have seen some incredible sights. God has created such beautiful things, it is great to be able to just take your time to look at all that he has created.
The only thing wrong with this trip is I have been stuck in a car with Clint for 14 to 15 hours
"just kidding", we have been able to have some great conversations about where God is leading Rivertown
Please Pray for us, that we will be able to come back home with lots of great information about going multi site.

God is Great, God is Good, let us thanks him..........

WOW what a show;  Kidstuf this month was awesome, we had a great time and the place was packed. I am so bless to be able to work with such talented people.
We as a staff have been out of the office for the last couple of days on staff retreat, it has been great this year is going to be an exciting year in the life of Rivertown. I am so grateful to be part of this team, to step out of our comfort zone into the unknown.
The only thing we know is we can trust in God to lead us to the place to where  he would have us to be . When we work together in unison there is absolutely  nothing that we can not accomplish. It is my prayer that I can keep self out of the decisions that I will need to make this year to fulfill the dream that God has laid on the hearts of so many.

Christmas

Christmas. Through the years the meaning of Christmas has changed almost every year for our family. When we first had kids it was all about Santa and playing the whole game and having fun trying to keep everything hid from the boys. You would not believe some of the things Lynn and I have done to make sure it was the perfect Christmas. I have even gotten up on top of the house to make sure they could hear the reindeer land on the roof. The things we as parents will do for our Children!
It hit me that everything that we have ever done to make sure our family has had a perfect Christmas has to be the way God felt when he gave us his Son. Nothing left out, nothing wrong, a perfect plan as he sets back and watches how everything comes together.
On Christmas morning the boys would run down the stairs so excited and ready to open their presents and tell us that they had saw Rudolph the night before and could hear the Bells of Santa and the reindeer "yes that was me too''. I loved to just stand back and let each of them tell their on story,(all at the same time of coarse). We loved the excitement that they had as they opened and received their gifts that "Santa Claude" and Mrs Claude had gotten for each of them. We tried to meet everyone of their needs and wants.
God gave us all the perfect gift. A gift that he sets back to see how we will react. This Christmas I hope you and your family will stop from all of the fast pace of the Worldly hustle and bustle to remember the best Christmas ever. The year the best Gift was given to us all. The Gift of Jesus.
